So I'm off to San Fran for the week. I'll return on Friday with many pictures and stories alike. I'm hoping running the trails out west will allow me to get the spark back in my training for the year to come. I feel so behind and out of shape... hopefully a few days running in Marin County will be good for the soul. Until I return..

I'd highly recommend going through Golden Gate Park. You can run for hours and there are some decent trails throughout the park.
